User should be able to filter out the refill spots based on certain criteria

User Stories

• As a user I want to be able to filter out all refill spots by different types(ex: public), so I can use refill spot in the park(if user don’t want to interact with staff in cafe)
• As a user I want to be able to filter out different water types, so I can find refill spots with not cold water(sore throat)
• As a user I feel awkward to ask staff in cafes to refill my bottle without ordering anything, so I would like to find cafe where I can refill by myself
• As a user I want to find cafes with wifi, so I can work there with my laptop and refill my bottle
• As a user I want to find cafes that open now, so I go there right now

User Journey

1. Quick filters easily accessible on the top of the page
2. Detailed filters in advanced filters section, can be shown after user is clicking on expand button
3. User can either apply filters after zooming in/out on the map or after inputting search parameters
